Firekeepers

OpenCampfire sessions are hosted by volunteer Firekeepers, and we’re currently looking for new people to join us.

Firekeepers are a diverse international community of peers who help create welcoming, supportive online campfires.

As well as hosting regular OpenCampfire sessions, Firekeepers can also create and host their own campfires around particular topics. That could be a favourite sport, psychological interest, life experience, creative hobby, or something else entirely.

You don’t need to be a professional

We value lived experience. You don’t need to be any kind of expert to become a Firekeeper. Whilst some skills are valuable, OpenCampfire isn’t a hierarchy of expertise.

We’re building a culture where people learn to hold space for one another. A place where people can connect, reflect, and feel heard.
